This is a program of regular control and preventive maintenance of new and old insulation systems, designed by MONOTECH engineers according to the problems and needs of each construction. The program consists of 2 to 4 visual and thermographic tests per year and the respective written reports of measurements and observations.<\/p>\n

The maintenance and preventative interventions program offers the possibility to save resources and limit the expenses and more specifically reduce the maintenance operational costs, reduce the cost of reconstructing the insulation, predict potential future failures, and significantly extend the functionality of the building<\/p>\n
